Rechargeable Heating System

This here is The Cortina rechargeable heating system designed by Gergő Kassai it's perfect for warming a quick bowl of soup. The user simply pours cold soup into the upper container and within minutes has a piping hot meal waiting in the lower portable compartment. Using induction technology, heat is generated directly in the pot opposed to being generated on the stove-top, making for faster and more energy-efficient heating than the traditional stove.Another great feature of this product is that because heat is being generated by an induced electric current, the unit can detect whether cookware is present (or whether its contents have boiled dry) by monitoring how much power is being absorbed. That allows such functions as keeping a pot at minimal boil or automatically turning an element off when cookware is removed.
